necessary for collection BUYER waives all notice of demand and agrees to
pay all collection cost and reasonable attorney's fees. SELLER's
repossession of merchandise shall not prevent Seller from recovering any

repossess without resort to legal process. NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED

MERCHANDISE AND/OR SHORT SHIPMENTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF

Damaged Merchandise and Short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt otherwise the customer accepts the invoice as true and accurate. No short payments are allowed. International Letter of credit requirements: We accept Irrevocable, confirmed letters of credit for purchase of products with a correspondent Bank in the United States of America.
