CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF SALE:
No Statements are provided unless requested by the buyer. For accounts
that are billed on a NET basis, terms of payment are dated from Invoice
date with a service charge of 1.5%/month (18% APR) on overdue amounts.
Title to merchandise remains with SELLER until paid in full, including the
unused portion of disposable merchandise. In case legal action is
necessary for collection BUYER waives all notice of demand and agrees to
pay all collection cost and reasonable attorney's fees. SELLER's
repossession of merchandise shall not prevent Seller from recovering any
deficiency from the BUYER. BUYER agrees that the SELLER has the right to
repossess without resort to legal process. NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED
AFTER 30 DAYS. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE AND/OR SHORT SHIPMENTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF
RECEIPT OTHERWISE BUYER ACCEPTS THE INVOICE AS TRUE AND ACCURATE. NO SHORT
PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT A CREDIT INVOICE. Credit Card and Mixed Terms
transactions are governed by the same general conditions.

If necessary to institute legal action to enforce collection of the amount due Buyer waives all notice of demand and agrees to pay all necessary costs and reasonable attorney's fees to Seller. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, No merchandise may be returned after 30 days. Damaged Merchandise and Short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt otherwise the customer accepts the invoice as true and accurate. No short payments are allowed. International Letter of credit requirements: We accept Irrevocable, confirmed letters of credit for purchase of products with a correspondent Bank in the United States of America. Please contact our International sales department for more information. Additional conditions may apply.
